Return, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange if you meet certain criteria outlined in our policy. Please see below for more information on our return, refund, and exchange policy.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY - (Due to quality issues or wrong orders):

  • All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (20) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Please check the items whether are damaged before you open them.
  • Daring Eyes will accept to exchange any product wrongly sent and bear all handling, tax/VAT, shipping costs, and customs charges regardless of the location that was sent to originally.
  • Daring Eyes does not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  • Please do not throw products or shipping material packages before the issue is resolved.
  • If quality problems (ripped, damaged products, incomplete, shriveled, etc.) of the product are found please contact us through the live chat, or email and fill up an RMA complaint request.
  • Daring eyes accept to exchange products with another if the request is placed within 15 days from the date of invoice and if all other terms & conditions are met.
  • Daring eyes preserve the right to retrieve the products from the customer by a third-party courier company which you will be notified by customer support.

  • Daring Eyes does not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  • If the product is not what you expect/want while the product ordering parameters are correct, then return and exchange will not be acceptable.
  • Upon receiving the return & exchange request from our customer support and thoroughly inspecting the pictures you have provided; customer support will contact you accordingly.
  • Upon physically receiving the returned products for exchange, customer support will notify you regarding the exchange procedures and handling charges.
  • Customers will bear all handling, tax/VAT, custom charges, and shipping costs regardless of the location should Daring Eyes have agreed to the exchange.
  • Ripped, damaged products, incomplete, shriveled, etc. of the product will not be applicable for the exchange should you provide evidence otherwise.
  • Should you request an exchange of products during the processing of your online order and not shipped yet, Daring Eyes will proceed with the exchange immediately. Our customer support will notify you accordingly after receiving your online exchange request.
  • Daring Eyes will not be responsible if returned products are damaged or in altered condition after you have provided all the evidence that it was sent in original condition.
  • Daring Eyes reserves the right to reject any product exchange in the case of promotions. Applicable to the purchase of products that include additional products.
  • Daring Eyes will not be responsible for the shipping courier company that the customer chooses to use for the return of the order.
  • Each order has only one after-sale privilege.

RETURN PROCESS:

To return an item, please email customer service at management@daringeyes.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

RETURN & EXCHANGE TIPS:

  • Daring Eyes always recommends checking the package's appearance, including the brand markings and any unique details, serial numbers, and QR codes.
  • Daring Eyes recommends that customers request their courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has safely delivered the products to Daring Eyes stores.
  • Please do not seal the product when returning it and carefully hand it over to the shipping service company of your choice and let them handle the packing.
  • If Daring Eyes quality control finds out that the returned products appear not to be genuine, we will refuse the exchange suspend the customer from the system, and escalate it through the legal channels for further actions.

  • Please do not throw away any of the products or packages until Bella customer support notifies you accordingly.
  • Quality problems (ripped, damaged products, incomplete, shriveled, etc.) of the product are found please contact us through the live chat or email and fill up an RMA complaint request
  • Daring Eyes accepts to return products and refund if the request is placed within 7 days from the date of delivery and if all other terms & conditions are met.
  • Daring Eyes accepts to refund the full amount paid by the customer and bears all handling, tax/VAT, custom charges, and shipping costs regardless of the location should the customer request a full refund in case terms and conditions were met. Our customer support will notify you regarding the refund procedures.
  • Daring Eyes reserves the right to retrieve the products from the customer by a third-party courier company which you will be notified by Daring Eyes customer support.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5-7) Business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • We consider all order cancellation requests but do not guarantee. The reason for that is that we work around the clock to ship out orders as soon as possible, and it is impossible to cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order.

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • We are based in Temple, TX, USA with all orders shipped from that destination. Unless we don't have your power in stock then it comes from the manufacturer. Orders shipped from the manufacturer take up to weeks to ship to you.
  • We ship all the confirmed orders within 24 - 48 hours after confirmation of orders. Delivery takes 2 to 10 business days depending on the method of shipping chosen.
  • Daring Eyes LLC cannot be held responsible if the shipping carrier takes longer than the estimated delivery days due to various factors such as weather conditions, high shipping volumes, and logistical issues.
    • SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS:
      • Some destinations may require a medical prescription document.
      • The prescription should have your complete full name.
      • The prescription must be signed and stamped by the examining optometrist, therapeutic optometrist, or physician.
      • Prescription must have the equivalent in spherical power (bc our lens is spherical)
      • The prescription should have an Issuance & Expiry Date.
      • The prescription should have the name, postal code, and phone number of the eye care prescriber.
      • The purchaser must provide the prescription if requested by the Customs Department of the purchaser’s country.
      • In case the prescription was not provided, Bella Contact Lenses Company is not responsible for the loss or return of the shipment, nor responsible for recovering the price of the shipment.
